This space is dedicated to activating the spirit of our times so that we can take better care of ourselves, of each other and of this place we call home. Welcome.

The dictionary definition of a Trailblazer is “a person who makes a new track through the wilderness, a pioneer, an innovator”. We launched The Trailblazery in October 2011 as the world endured the traumatic legacy of economic collapse. We felt a need for deeper human connection and belonging in our society. We were inspired to do something about it. We slowly made a track through the wilderness and gathered some momentum along the way. And here we are eight years later, the custodians of a library of human stories and experiences.

We have hosted over 500 trailblazers, reached live audiences of 100,000+ people, received national and global media attention and impacted over 2.5 million people around the world. We have conducted our own human research and built a unique repository of knowledge that holds the intimate hopes, regrets, fears and dreams of thousands of people. We are curious about what it means to be alive in the world today. We keep going because of the feeling that makes your heart soar when you realise that something or someone new is emerging...

We champion the spirit of people who blaze trails. We are passionate about shining a light on change leaders who are nudging humanity forward, one story at a time. We believe in harnessing the power of story as medicine for the times we live in. We have worked with inspirational torchbearers across the cultural spectrum and have gleaned valuable learning’s, insights and aha moments along the way.

Our next chapter introduces a professional creative mentorship programme for trailblazers of the future. We want to empower people to learn and develop new life skills, practices and competencies. We are here to help you to clarify your intention, activate your enterprise and elevate it to the next level of impact.
