The Trailblazery presents Moon Medicine – a monthly gathering for women to coincide with the Full Moon cycle of 2019. Our next gathering takes place on Sunday June 16 (Bloomsday) with host Kathy Scott and guest luminaries Victoria McCormack | &Ritual with Paula McHugh | 5 Rhythms Movement Teacher - see full bio details below.
This turbo charged Full Moon gathering weaves a range of potent practices and teachings with energy medicine, astro insights, movement, soundscapes, wild sea swimming and ritual. We will be meeting at Knox Hall in Monkstown and proceeding afterwards to Seapoint to swim under the light of La Luna.

Meet our June Guest Luminaries Victoria McCormack and Paula McHugh
Victoria McCormack is an artist and curator of &Ritual. Victoria’s artistic practice is performance led, grounded in the body, inspired by ritual practices and nourished by nature. &Ritual is a creative platform that explores how ritual practices in the everyday can transform and connect our experiences with meaning and mystery. We curate meaningful events and offer ritual tools with thought and heart. We run regular experiences in Galway, Swim &Ritual is an immersive experience which includes ritual, meditation, treats and swimming in the wild sea!
Paula McHugh is a 5 Rhythms Teacher certified by 5 Rhythms Global and is a Psychotherapist accredited with IAHIP. Paula has been a student of 5 Rhythms for 22+ years and draws on her experience as a Psychotherapist to provide a clear and contained space in which to explore the expression of your inner world through dance. She is passionate about the power of the 5 Rhythms to liberate us from our past stories and allow us to be fully alive in the present.
Inspired by Gabrielle Roth and her map of the 5 Rhythms, she has felt held by many teachers on the dance floor, she believes this particular practice of Movement Meditation enables her to connect deeply with herself and to experience the transformative and healing potential of this movement practice. She has been teaching in Dublin for the past 5 years and has formulated a body of work around the theme of self-regulating: Loving Yourself; Yearning and Absence; When Namaste Meets What the Fuck (A Trilogy); Vulnerability Ongoing Groups and Curiosity. Her next exploration through the map of the 5 Rhythms is Taming The Dragon of Shame which she hopes to curate in late September 2019.

Testimonials:
Kathy Scott has been traveling the world as a passionate student and brave pioneer of practices that bring people into intimate contact with their creativity and power. As a teacher, she beautifully weaves together all that she has gathered into a rich and generous offering. This is a deeply nourishing and powerful brew, especially for women.

Kathy Scott creates an utterly transcendent yoga experience. I attended her recent Rising Feminine Medicine Yoga Programme and it exceeded any expectations that I might have had on a mental, emotional, energetic and deeply feminine level. Her classes are packed full of wisdom, kindness, practical yoga asanas and meditative exercises that flowed off the mat with me and seamlessly threaded into my days for the rest of the week. Kathy elegantly weaves a powerful depth and breath of experience into all of her classes. Such a restorative weekly tonic. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
Nadine McCarthy Performance Consultant
Kathy Scott is one of a kind. She has a rare and special gift of teaching, her classes are unique, authentic and raw. Kathy has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom and brings together the most beautiful blend to her teachings . She offers unique pearls of women’s wisdom and deep feminine sensuality into all of her classes. Without doubt the most nourishing and beautiful classes I have ever gone to. Thank you Kathy for sharing your gifts.

Kathy Scott blazes a new and exciting trail using yoga as a way of expressing her higher purpose in this life. She has the powerful ability to align with Source in a way that allows this magnificent energy to flow in her, for her and through her. This invariably enables you to reach into the very core of your own being accessing the Divine feminine power that lies deep within you. Kathy is an embodiment of that wonderful feminine energy that has the potential to rise within us all.
