The Trailblazery presents Moon Medicine – a monthly gathering for women to coincide with the Full Moon cycle of 2024. As we navigate global uncertainty, we host a series of curated online experiences for women who need inspiration, encouragement and connection in the times ahead.

You are invited to gather with us online on Monday November 11 at 7pm (2pm EST / 11am PST) for a special Moon Medicine gathering entitled “11/11 Phoenix Rising”.

Our guest luminary for the evening will be acclaimed spiritual guide, author and leader in the ‘Red Tent’ movement, Tanishka The Moon Woman.

Tanishka is passionate about fostering social sustainability by helping people align with natural cycles and ancient wisdom traditions. Her work centres on empowering communities through women's circles, teachings on the sacred feminine, and initiatives that support trauma recovery and spiritual growth.

This November Full Moon is also known as a Beaver Moon and will shine at peak illumination on Friday, November 15, 2024.

This Full Moon is exalted in the archetypal sign of Taurus, ruled by Venus which represents the physical body of the world, Mother Earth and our sensual nature.

She is in opposition to the Sun in the alchemical waters of  Scorpio. The Taurus-Scorpio axis is all about attachments, resources, possessions and obsessions - physical, emotional, sexual, psychological, and ancestral.

As the great Wheel of the Year turns we are in the season of Samhain when the time-space continuum is ruptured and all is released back into the cauldron of transformation.

This online event will be hosted by Kathy Scott, Founder of Moon Medicine & The Trailblazery.

Note: If you can’t attend the call live, it will be recorded and sent to you by email within 24 hours.

Kathy Scott shares:

“I am over the moon to invite Tanishka to our Moon Medicine circle. She became one of my own luminaries when I discovered her Facebook page as Moon Woman in 2012.

I was immediately drawn to her mystery school and teachings on Feminine Rites of Passage, Goddess Wisdom, and the Holy Grail. I had been trying to host her here at Moon Medicine for a long time and was delighted when we finally crossed paths via a mutual sister in Bali.

Tanisha is a powerFULL catalyst, writer, teacher and leader of women worldwide.

It is a dream come true to host Tanishka at our Moon Medicine Circle. She is a true Medicine Woman and blazer of trails. Join us and tell your sisters.”

Tanishka shares:

“My own personal experience illustrates that our darkest moments can give birth to light. Just as a woman in labor or a wild animal seeks out a dark, private place, we too must go within and face ourselves with brutal honesty—our wounds, insecurities, and fears. It’s in that darkness that the light within us is ignited. Yet, we’re often conditioned to fear the dark, to run from it. But I’ve learned that we must move toward it, for it’s there that we find our true illumination.”

About Tanishka

Tanishka is best known as Facebook’s ‘Moon Woman’ with half a million followers of her daily guidance. She is passionate about creating social sustainability through teaching people how to understand and align with the effect of the natural cycles. An author of six books, she has taught ancient wisdom traditions and practices for more than two decades. As a leader in the global Red Tent movement she has trained women in 44 countries to facilitate Red Tent women’s circles as a community building initiative to support women during their most challenging time of the month. A former stand-up comedienne, she has captivated audiences around the world by decoding the greatest mystery of all time, ‘The Holy Grail’ from the perspective of the sacred feminine. In 2015 she created ‘The 28 Day Happy Challenge’ a not-for-profit project to raise funds, awareness and support for women recovering from the trauma of human trafficking. In addition to being a popular keynote speaker at conferences, summits and festivals online and worldwide, her articles and interviews have been featured in leading women’s magazines and health publications in print and online. She also conducts online courses, speaking tours and retreats. About Moon Medicine

Moon Medicine was initiated by The Trailblazery {Hedge School, Census of the Heart, We Need to Talk About Ireland, Rites of Passage} in 2018 in the light of Repeal and the rising momentum of women worldwide speaking out, stepping up and reclaiming their power. Our mission is to help women to remember, embody and reclaim their authentic powerful selves so that together we can rise and lift each other up along the way. In 2019 the Moon Medicine Global Academy was launched - a year-long online training programme for women which expanded our Moon Medicine circle to include women all over the world.

Our live Moon Medicine gatherings weave together a range of feminine teachings blending ancient wisdom with cutting edge developments in the fields of epigenetics, quantum physics and neuroscience. We explore the gifts of the lunar cycle as a map of empowerment for women’s wellbeing. We draw from a deep well to find practices and resources that support women’s self care and the care of this place we call home. To find out more visit TheTrailblazery.com

You will be sent your zoom link on booking your spot for the gathering. Please keep it safe as you will need it to join the event.

Kathy Scott creates an utterly transcendent yoga experience.  I attended her recent Rising Feminine Medicine Yoga Programme and it exceeded any expectations that I might have had on a mental, emotional, energetic and deeply feminine level.  Her classes are packed full of wisdom, kindness, practical yoga asanas and meditative exercises that flowed off the mat with me and seamlessly threaded into my days for the rest of the week.  Kathy elegantly weaves a powerful depth and breath of experience into all of her classes. Such a restorative weekly tonic.  I couldn't recommend her more highly.
