The Trailblazery presents Moon Medicine – a monthly gathering for women to coincide with the Full Moon cycle of 2025. As we navigate global uncertainty, The Trailblazery hosts a curated series of nourishing online experiences for women who need inspiration, encouragement and connection in these initiatory times.
You are invited to gather online on Monday April 7 at 7pm for a special Moon Medicine gathering, entitled “The Art of Activism”.
Our guest luminary for the evening will be Dearbhla Glynn, Award-Winning Documentary Filmmaker, Yoga Teacher and Photo-Journalist.
Dearbhla is devoted to activism through film, using storytelling to illuminate human rights issues and advocate for justice. With over fifteen years of experience, her work has taken her to Gaza, Palestine, Iraq, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where she has captured powerful narratives of conflict, resilience, and cultural identity.
Beyond filmmaking, Dearbhla has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She currently practices and teaches Meditation, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga, believing that through dedicated practice, we can find balance, clarity, and stillness of the mind. Whether through film or yoga, Dearbhla’s work is rooted in a deep commitment to healing, transformation, and justice.
This April Full Moon is a Pink Moon and will shine at peak illumination on Sunday, April 13, 2025. She is the first full moon of the astrological year and falls in the archetypal sign of Libra. In Aries Season we focus on blazing trails and this Libra moon reminds us that we also live in a world of interrelationship with other people. Libra is the sign of the scales and teaches us to strike a balance between how we give and receive love. We are invited to explore the harmonics and find equanimity between dependence, co-dependence, independence and interdependence.
As the great Wheel of the Year turns we are moving between Spring Equinox and Bealtaine. Here in the northern hemisphere Earth is teeming with aliveness. This is a season of growth and ripening. We remember that we too are forces of nature alive and potent at this time.
This online event will be hosted by Kathy Scott, Founder of Moon Medicine & The Trailblazery.
Note: If you can’t attend the call live, it will be recorded and sent to you by email within 24 hours.
We have made 3 free tickets available for those who need them. In service of those in greater need, if you are in a position to pay the ticket price, we kindly ask that you do not avail yourself of these free spots.

About Moon Medicine
Moon Medicine was initiated by The Trailblazery {Hedge School, Census of the Heart, We Need to Talk About Ireland, Rites of Passage} in 2018 in the light of Repeal and the rising momentum of women worldwide speaking out, stepping up and reclaiming their power. Our mission is to help women to remember, embody and reclaim their authentic powerful selves so that together we can rise and lift each other up along the way. In 2019 the Moon Medicine Global Academy was launched - a year-long online training programme for women which expanded our Moon Medicine circle to include women all over the world.
Our live Moon Medicine gatherings weave together a range of feminine teachings blending ancient wisdom with cutting edge developments in the fields of epigenetics, quantum physics and neuroscience. We explore the gifts of the lunar cycle as a map of empowerment for women’s wellbeing. We draw from a deep well to find practices and resources that support women’s self care and the care of this place we call home. To find out more visit TheTrailblazery.com
You will be sent your zoom link on booking your spot for the gathering. Please keep it safe as you will need it to join the event.

Kathy Scott creates an utterly transcendent yoga experience. I attended her recent Rising Feminine Medicine Yoga Programme and it exceeded any expectations that I might have had on a mental, emotional, energetic and deeply feminine level. Her classes are packed full of wisdom, kindness, practical yoga asanas and meditative exercises that flowed off the mat with me and seamlessly threaded into my days for the rest of the week. Kathy elegantly weaves a powerful depth and breath of experience into all of her classes. Such a restorative weekly tonic. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
